Goals
A good organization has a strong focus. Therefore, we have primary goals we always try to incorporate in our work:
-
1) Purpose
If it has no reason for existing, why should be create it? Now, everything has a purpose, but usually that purpose is to market or generate money. Our primary focus is to tell stories. If a project does not ultimately tell a story that also has an agenda, such as a socio-political message, we don't see too much value in that project.
-
2) Innovation
We try to think outside the box and push ourselves to the next big thing. Usually, having the highest production value or the best effects isn't as powerful as being unique and true. Standing out is very important to us, hence our "green chess piece" metaphor.
-
3) Hard Work
Our neverending lust for creative and unique ideas will usually result in necessary hard work that stresses our skillsets. We don't believe in easy work, which is usually easy becasue it's been done before, again and again. We aren't short on ideas and we are always trying to up the ante and make sure hard work stays a part of the game.
-
4) Humility
The famous Greek philosopher, Socrates, once uttered the phrase, "...all I know is that I know nothing." We are not great at what we do. We can always improve. Therefore, we value humble attitudes alongside our starving minds. Exercising humility reminds us that we always have a long way to go.
